Kids Yoga Series!
Our bigger kids yoga classes are designed for kids only, no parents! They are structured around real world scenarios and designed to give your children tools to use both on and off the yoga mat.
Kids: Ages 4 – 6 and Ages 7-11
Our multi-week series, are fun, creative, and playful which allow your young yogis to use their imaginations as we learn simple yoga poses, playful breathing exercises and relaxation. Children practice building strength, balance, and concentration in an environment that helps foster cooperation and a sense of inner well being.
Our teachers provide a balance of structure and freedom so that your child can do their personal best. Sharing, turn-taking, kindness,staying calm, expressing feelings, and self-love come to life through creative breath work, mindful movement, cooperative games, guided meditations, and a cozy relaxation period that travels off the mat.
Being tweens and teens can be tough! Your body is changing. You become more peer-focused, so what your friends think starts to matter to you. Friendships deepen. Communication gets a little more subtle. Homework becomes more challenging.
We like to think of yoga for tweens and teens as their bridge between childhood and adolescence. Yoga helps them understand what’s going on, giving them time to step back from the everyday, and it helps them see themselves and their bodies better in the context of their new reality.
This multi-week series will give your tween/teen the chance to move, laugh, and discover how they can feel good just by moving a little bit each day.
New for summer! Family Classes incorporate fun, moving meditation, teamwork activities, and bringing in healthy lifestyle choices for the whole family Ages 3+.
Bond with your tot or preschooler in our series just for parents and their little ones.
Yoga can help your tot or preschooler learn how to relieve frustration, improve motor skills, and increase attention span by actively following directions.Classes encourage social interaction, repetition, and play. We incorporate imagination, songs, words and stories and age appropriate postures and activities to support your child’s growth and development while creating an enriching parent/child activity. No yoga experience is required.
Tot/Preschool, Mommy + Me and Prenatal classes Prenatal, Mommy + Me and Tot/Preschool classes utilize Membership Tier or 5-pack/10-pack visits. Drop-in allowed. We’ll help you turn our studio into party central and customize an age appropriate yoga class for your group. Parties typically run ~ 90 minutes. Families may access the studio up to 30 minutes prior to party time for set up.
Refreshments and decorations provided by the family. We can supply a craft activity and assist with other arrangements (like chair massage for parents!) at an additional cost.
Packages for up to 12 guests starting at $350, additional children $8 each.
