We are a family friendly studio supporting moms from pregnancy and beyond.
Our Prenatal Yoga classes are designed for all expectant mothers experienced in yoga or not! Our strength building flow is coupled with breathing exercises as well as meditation to help you connect more deeply with yourself and your baby. Prenatal Classes are offered Saturday morning and Tuesday evening.
Mommy + Me classes are designed for moms with babies (6 weeks to almost crawling). Some poses will be just for mom, some will involve both moms and babies, and some poses will be just for baby! Moms can feel free to take care of baby (breastfeed, etc.) throughout class. Mommy + Me classes are offered on Saturday mornings.
Tot/Preschool yoga can help your child learn how to relieve frustration, improve motor skills, and increase attention span by actively following directions. We incorporate imagination, songs, words and stories and age appropriate postures and activities to support your child’s growth and development while creating an enriching parent/child activity. No yoga experience is required.
Prenatal, Mommy + Me and Tot/Preschool classes utilize Membership Tier or 5-pack/10-pack visits. Drop-in allowed. If this is your first visit, our Intro Offer is a great way to get started! Military Discounts are available on memberships & packs. Find out more.
Child Minding Service! Our child minding services are offered during the 9:45 AM classes Monday – Friday. Children between the ages of 6 weeks and 10 years are welcome. Child Minding is offered as a separate drop-in or pack, shareable among children.
Can I attend your regular classes?
Yes, we ask that you consult with your doctor first and never do anything that doesn’t feel right. Also, please let your teacher know you are expecting or recovering so they can suggest modifications as necessary. Your membership or pack is good for any class on our schedule.
