With 3 levels of vinyasa flow {vigorous, moderate, and gentle} and our restorative offerings, we have something for every body!


All Levels

Our All Levels classes are great for beginners to more experienced students who are eager to learn postures, modifications, and breath control.

Honest

Build strength and flexibility in this mixed levels heated flow class that links breath with movement. In this well-rounded class you’ll practice postures that build heat, strength, flexibility, balance, and end class with stretching and relaxation. You’ll leave this class feeling whole.

Align

Take some time to align. In this alignment-focused flow class, postures will be held for longer periods of time so that you can gain strength and confidence in your own unique alignment. Instructors will offer specific alignment-based cues and give you time to settle in each posture before moving on to the next one. This class will teach you how to be in your body! You’ll leave this class feeling more grounded.

Gentle

Slow things down. Gentle is the perfect hatha-inspired class for nurturing your body, mind, and breath. In this class, you’ll practice accessible transitions while the instructor offers opportunities for customization to serve your practice at any level. Gentle works for students with limited range of movement and mobility, OR for the student who wants variation from the more vigorous flow classes. You’ll leave this class feeling nourished.

Warm Gentle

Slow things down. Warm Gentle is the perfect hatha-inspired class for nurturing your body, mind, and breath. In this mildly heated class, you’ll practice accessible transitions while the instructor offers opportunities for customization to serve your practice at any level. Warm Gentle works for students with limited range of movement and mobility, OR for the student who wants variation from the more vigorous flow classes. You’ll leave this class feeling nourished.

Rock Your Asana

Build strength and flexibility in this all levels heated flow class set to music that links breath with movement. In this well-rounded class you’ll practice postures that build heat, strength, flexibility, balance, and end class with stretching and relaxation. You’ll leave this class feeling pumped up.

Restore + Nidra

Unwind from your day with Restorative yoga postures. You’ll hold postures for long periods of time utilizing props to support the body in gentle stretches. The purpose of restorative yoga postures is to bring the body back into homeostasis through rest and relaxation. End class with a yoga nidra guided meditation that helps relax the mind. You’ll leave this class feeling completely rejuvenated.

Flow + Restore

Half Honest, half Restorative. This class combines the best of both worlds giving you some time to move and some time to rest deeply. You’ll start class with an abridged version of an Honest class and end with about 30 minutes of postures supported by props. You’ll leave this class feeling like you did the work AND you’ll feel deeply relaxed.

Flow + Restore // Nidra

Part Honest, part Restorative and Meditation. This class combines the best of all worlds giving you some time to move and some time to rest deeply. You’ll start class with an abridged version of a Honest class and end with postures supported by props and a guided meditation practice. You’ll leave this class feeling like you did the work AND you’ll feel deeply relaxed.

Yin

Unlike Restorative, Yin offers deep stretches with postures held for long periods of time. Yin works on the body’s fascial layer, targeting connective tissue rather than muscle. Great for athletes and dedicated flow practitioners, Yin is the perfect complement to an active lifestyle. Not recommended for beginners. You’ll leave feeling more flexible.


Intermediate

Our Intermediate classes allow for deeper exploration of postures and sequences.

Transform

Springboard your practice to the next level in this heated flow class that incorporates more advanced postures, as well as more challenging variations. Teachers will spend time breaking down complex postures step-by-step to help you transform your body and mind so that you can overcome your fears and step into new possibilities on and off your mat! You’ll leave this class feeling inspired.


Advanced

Our Advanced classes incorporate more arm balances and advanced transitions.

Transform II

Take the next step on your journey. Transform II integrates the skills you’ve learned in Honest and Transform to help you refine your expression of more advanced postures and link them through seamless transitions into a steady breath-focused flow. You’ll leave this class feeling accomplished.
